We offer a 20-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Yep, if you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. All we ask is that you try the product, give it a couple of days and if your not completely happy, simply return the items within 20 days from the date of delivery (and yes the items need to be returned, if you do not have the original packaging, this is okay, but all items need to be returned) and we will issue you with a store credit, to spend on something else that you might like.
If you are returning a Mini Cordless Hair straightener, Premium or Standard, there is a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
To initiate your return, simply email customercare@haircultureoutlet.com.au proof of purchase will be needed, if you do not have this, we can always look up your transaction if you made your purchase via haircultureoutlet.com.au
If your item falls over the 20 days, unfortunately it is not covered under our 20-day guarantee and if the item is not faulty it will be posted back to you. 
THE ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS THAT ARE PURCHASED AT HALF PRICE OR MORE. 
  
Warranty / Faulty Item
If an item is faulty please contact with customercare@haircultureoutlet.com.au
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have a right to a refund of exchange.
Please follow the below steps if you believe your item is faulty.
  1. Take a clear photo and or video of the fault
  2. Emailcustomercare@haircultureoutlet.com.auwith the photo and a sentence of the fault
  3. Provide your name and order number in the email
  4. Once email is received, the team will respond back with next steps to take
Warranty for the Mini Cordless hair Straightener, Premium or standard is 12 months from date of purchase.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.
 
Bonus with purchase offers and bundled items
Where our product is purchased with a bonus offer, the  bonus must also be returned. If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, the value of the items being kept will be minus from the value of the bundle. 
 
If you made your purchase from one of our stockist you will need to follow their return policy, unless if the item is faulty we will have it replaced asap, following our faulty product return guidelines.
