HANDLING
Australian Orders
- All orders are shipped by Australian Post.
- All Australian orders (express or standard postage) will come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you.
- Orders will be dispatched from warehouse on a Monday & Friday, where they will then be scanned at the Australian Post Facility
- Hair Culture Outlet is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We will contact Australian Post on your behalf if you are concerned about your delivery and/or length or delivery. However we need patience and understanding that this is an external service and we will do our best to help resolve your problem.
- Hair Culture Outlet is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping.

International Orders
- International orders all have a tracking number
- Express international shipping can only be delivered to a street address. We do not ship via express to PO boxes.
- Hair Culture Outlet does not take responsibility for delay or lost in transit. We only post items to the addresses provided.
- Orders will be despatched from warehouse on a Monday & Friday, where they will then be scanned at the Australian Post Facility
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking number after we send out your order.
